Both the Men and Women will be returning to training next week, as each team aims to continue on their strong performance on the track from December.

Teams will return to pre-season training on Monday 21st January, with them training each week on Mondays and Wednesdays leading up to the first practice matches in March. Players will be required to wear runners instead of boots.

We encourage all players, both male and female, to come down to the first session to make a strong first impression for the 2019 season.
