After missing out on Round 1 due to School Camp, Nick Watty lines up for his 100th game this weekend.

On the field, Nick has shown to be dynamic at both ends of the field as a strong defender and an excellent shot on goal. Off the field, that is another story. We congratulate Nick on his milestone, and hope to see his game tally increase in years to come.

A big congratulations to Nick Watty on playing his 100th game this weekend.

I played all throughout our years as students at Marcellin College with Nick, and from a young age he was always a courageous player who would put the team first, which is highlighted when he won the best on ground medal against Sale Catholic College both times we played against them in Year 8 and Year 10.

After finishing school Nick started playing under 19’s straight away in 2013 where he was an integral part of the teams backline in that year. Since then, he has gone on to play 99 fantastic games for the club, a few of which he may have been hungover for, but he has always given 100% which reflects the person he is.

Nick’s a fantastic clubman, and I hope there is many more games and club functions to come.
