A big milestone game for this weekend, as Steve Crapper will pull on the Marcellin guernsey for the 200th time. Steve, being with the club since 2003, has been a valued player for his entire illustrious career. Starting out playing whilst he was still in school, Steve has represented the club in all teams with a Premiership in 2013 to show for it.

Saturday marks the 200th time Steve Crapper will run out for the Marcellin Eagles.

Steve began his career way back in 2003 and has been a valuable member ever since. A crafty half forward with a great goal sense, playing the majority of his career in the Reserves, Steve was also a solid contributor in the Seniors when the club was back in A Grade.

No doubt that Steve’s career highlight is the 2013 Reserves premiership in which he played a major part in, and the team went undefeated the whole year. As far as teammates go you won’t find anyone more committed and loyal.

Scrappy congratulations on an amazing achievement and congratulations on becoming a life member of our great club.
